Cheat Rep

Best performed at the end of an exercises set, the "cheat rep" is a final repetition of the exercise where proper technique is slightly disregarded to get in one final repetition. For example, an exercise like bicep curls may allow for a minor bend of the knees or sway of the shoulders that allows the weight to reach the apex of the repetition. Additionally, an entire set may be performed around the "cheat rep" in an exercise like Cheat Curls (Barbell).
