Stretches

Known as a pre-workout warm up, stretching has often been debated if it truly reduces the chances for injury. It is known that stretching increases flexibility while allowing for increased blood flow to the specific region being stretched. Another benefit of stretching is elongating muscles so that when muscle growth occurs, they are full and long as opposed to compact and short.
